- Participant’s Registration fee covers conference bag, access to all sessions and coffee breaks, Welcome Cocktail, and Gala dinner.
- Accompanying person’s registration fee includes access to Welcome Cocktail, and Gala Dinner.
- One day participation fee includes conference bag, access to one day scientific sessions and coffee breaks, 1 day hotel non-resident fee.

 - Two or tree days participation fee includes conference bag, access to two or 3 day’s scientific sessions and coffee breaks

 

IMPORTANT NOTE

Participants who are NOT going to stay at the Kervansaray-Lara Hotel but are going to attend the conference and stay at hotel between 8.00 am- 20.00pm are required to pay 25,- Euro daily fee (including VAT) according to the hotel rules since it provides an all inclusive accommodation.
Therefore, resident participants at the hotel and non-resident participants will be notified by their name badges. The non-resident participants who will pay the daily use fee are going to have every right to benefit all facilities of the hotel except over-night stay.

AMAPSEEC Membership
The participants are strongly encouraged to become member of AMAPSEEC. If you would like to become a member of the association please download the member registration form through the website http://www.amapseec.org/info_mem.htm. Annual membership fee is 10 Euro for regular members. Membership fees should be paid directly to the association by bank transfer or on site (personally) at the desk of the Association during the congress.)
